I have the SI Innova aids. They seem to be totally eliminated from SI’s site. I am trying to program these aids and am having great difficulty. Which software is used in programming the Innova’s? I have the latest Expressfit 6.3 and the Legacy Expressfit. The Innova’s are not listed in either program.
So what happened with these aids? Did they change the name? Were they such a flop that any mention of them has disappeared? My aids are still working, but I have never been thrilled with their performance.
Any help you can give would be appreciated.
