Yep so there’s the Phonak Sphere for ya!

I think it’s similar to Infinio but not Infinio Sphere. Doesn’t seem big enough and offered in more levels than Sphere

Yeah possibly so, but it’s got to be coming, Phonak/Sonova has never kept anything “exclusive”

I think you all are right, it doesn’t seem to be big enough for the Sphere mode.

In the Sphere of in finio hearing aids industry, Unitron have got to own it to themselves, perhaps that was their intent to piss off Phonak by asking them:
Why so serious, let us put a smile on that face.

Hence, their new marketing, a big luminous smile in paradise, which is more or less a marvel ous strategy, hit 2 stones with one bird as they say.

:rofl::joy::point_up_2:t3:

The hyperfocus mode seems a lot like sphere to me. Has anyone else listened to the demo?

sum tin funny for the day:

I see your point.
Different hyperfocus programs with different power usage.

Isn’t this compatible with a directional mode (and some more basic sound processing)?

I wouldn’t begin to say. Just saying that this demo and the sphere cafe demo have a similar effect to my ears. The loss emulated is 40db iirc. But it does pretty well for a 0snr.

The audio with AI on this page is much better than Unitron’s Hyperfocus with dynamic noise reduction at maximum:

I don’t have much fatih in demos. I think they’re done solely for marketing purposes. However since there is zilch transparency in what we get from hearing aid companies, nobody knows.

One thing we do know is Unitron are the same as Phonak models and always have been, Unitron don’t make their own models, everything made and supplied from Sonova, only difference names used and software.

Seems I remember @Neville talking about this and there were more differences than I expected. In other words the KS9’s and 10’s were closer to Pjonak than Unitron is to Phonak. Just throwing an opinion out there.

I am looking forward to hearing more about these Unitron Smile aids

Na same features with different names that do exactly the same thing, obviously not “100%” the same, I mean the software is different and different housings, but same circuits and chip, accessories, etc

Target?
Or the hearing aids?
I didn’t think Target was used on Unitron, could be wrong.

Correct. Unitron does not use Target.
