When I use my hearing aids (daytime only) I find that my sleep at night is disrupted. Has anyone experience this problem, and, if so, do you know the explanation for it?
I have no explanation as such, can you hear things like fire alarms etc. without your aids? I can’t and quite often my sleep is disrupted, not that I am unduly worried. I think it’s more the silence after removing my aids. I usually drop off pretty quickly, but 3:30 am is my usual time to waken.
