No. SlimTimps can be titanium and cShell as well. See “Custompedia” or something similar on forum.

If I want the longest … would the existing impressions Phonak has from two months ago, suffice, or would I need special deeper impressions ?

Depend how long previous impressions were. It should be make impression as deep as possible, at least 5 mm past second bend, achieving bony part of ear canal.
