Starting just before bedtime last night, and continuing today, my new Signia Styletto aids are making a sound that I seem to remember is the sound when the batteries are getting low, except it occurs every three minutes. It starts in the right ear, plays a sequence of 3 notes, repeats the notes at a slightly higher pitch, then repeats the notes at yet a slightly higher pitch, then stops until the entire sequence occurs again. After the first sequence in the right ear, the left ear does the same for the 3 repeats, so that they are overlapping during the second and third sequence in the right ear and then the left ear does the final sequence alone (i.e., after the right ear has finished.) I have read the manual and googled, but can’t find anything. Any help appreciated
UPDATE: This morning I took the right ear device out of the charging case and put it in my ear, then took the other out and put it on, so now the right ear does the sequence completely, then the left ear starts 30 seconds or so later. Point being that it is clearly an issue with the Stylettos, and does not involve the Streamline Mic device
Sounds like you need to take them to your Audi for checking. I would say take the charger too.
