I have moderate/severe hearing loss (severe in mid-high frequency).
By default my NHS trust offers Signia Stretta hearing aids - which I have.
They also offer in some cases Phonak Naida Marvel M70 SP.
I have asked if I can be considered for Phonak Naida Marvel M70 SP as I am interested in direct connection to Roger On. Currently I need Phonak neckloop to connect to my Signia aids.
What observations may people have around general performance of Phonak Naida Marvel M70 SP vs Signia Stretta? I’m hoping the Phonak may offer better speech clarity in noisy environment - but appreciate that’s frequently a technical limitation with hearing aids.
As well as allowing direct connection to Roger On, I also need the Phonak Naida Marvel M70 SP to support telecoil connection and direct connection to my Android Pixel 8a phone - which I believe it does.

My Step Mum has Signia NHS Aids but not 100% which ones and Phonak Marvel 70 Aids that I programmed for her.
She prefers the Phonak M70 Aids over her NHS Signia Aids.
