Hi I have Signia Active Pros and my mic is only going in one ear. This is my second Mic. When it is initially paired it goes in both ears one time and then stops and goes in one. After the initial one time no matter how many times I reset and repair it stays in one ear. Streaming from the streamline tv adapter works fine and so does streaming from my phone. I am thinking it’s a setting in Connexx but can’t find anything. Any help would be great. Thanks
