I Was told to update my Signia Silk C&G 7IX hearing aids this morning. It said it was for the Auracast Bluetooth. I took the update and it said no issues.
I didn’t think these silks would have Auracast update firmware in the future like the RIC IX’s?
Anyway, I don’t see anything on my phone app or software for Bluetooth. Any thoughts?

Yeah but your model doesn’t do Bluetooth streaming right? So the update didn’t do anything.
Well maybe it updated with what it says in the second line?
I can’t complain about these aids. Working from home and hardly ever on the phone, bluetooth is not a concern for me. Battery life is incredible!
The Silk C&G is a CIC which doesn’t have wireless capabilities. It won’t get the update.
Bluetooth is only available for RICs (Styletto C&G IX and Pure C&G IX).
