I purchased a pair of Signia Pure Charge & Go 7IX T three months ago.
My iPhone shows them as Signia Pure C&G T 7IX (R+L). So does my MacBook.
However, it has the same buttons as the Pure 7AX. It doesn’t have the Pure IX round buttons.
Does anyone else have a Pure IX hearing aid with the AX buttons?

Yeah probably different countries have different button configurations, maybe a first run from the IX, or simply a AX colour change Kit was used, hardly matters tho, as you do you have IX platform.

@tenkan It’s based in the US. Does changing the color change kit void the IP68 rating?
Furthermore, I requested the Dark Champagne color, but it seems to be Silver.
Is there a way to verify the model and warranty with the serial number?
No I don’t believe changing the colour would void the warranty, so it seems they did the colour change for you this would confirm the difference in buttons, and yes you can find warranty with the serial number,with the older models there was a way to work the date of manufacture out, but I believe you can just pop the button off and read what it says there.
