Suddenly dropped audio in one ear…. Lost connection to Signia app and can’t reconnect… “ fix will be in December “….continues to drop Bluetooth
I have the C&G 7IX, sometimes have similar issues, particularly with phone calls. Other bluetooth connections are quite steady. You received that fix quote from Signia? I am hoping that the Samsung UI7 update will help, but am generally satisfied with my HAs. I cycle the BT off and on, it restores connections. I was taught that during phone calls to keep the phone with a couple of feet to my ears just similar to as if it was normal to your ear or connection might be lost, ie in front of your face to speak into it. IDK if that is true or not, its just what my audiologist said and in print he gave me. I agree the BT phone connection is annoying though.
As Danmac says, try turning BT off and then on. Better perhaps, turn your phone off and then on again.
