I had the Kirkland Signature 8.0 HA’s fitted yesterday. I believe they are essentially identical to the Pure Nx7. Your hearing loss in the left ear is somewhat similar to mine. Only one day in, but I am not satisfied with the sound quality in my left ear. Are you using the M or S receiver, and do you get any breakup or static like noise at higher sound levels?
I’ve used both the S and M. It seems as though the amplification need tends to outstrip the S receiver’s ability. I started getting a hiss in the right device. Switching to The M receiver made this go away. The S receivers that I used were almost 10 years old. They came off of a older set of Micon Ace devices. Ive read where receivers do have a lifespan.
