I have the Signia Ax but I don’t know exactly what model they are.
In the app it says MBQ9002 and MBQ9003.
Does anyone know how to find out the model?

The rocker switch is removable. The serial number and model number are printed inside. See the linked video:

I just confirmed that it is the 1AX model.
My disappointment is that my previous hearing aids were Starkey Evolv ai 1600, I think they were better.
Starkey with 16 channels and signia with 8 channels? it’s right?
I wouldn’t read to much in to how many “channels” a HA has, it’s a lot of marketing fluff, I’d concentrate on trying to get a more premium model, the 1X and 2X don’t have the extra features of say as a 5 or 7, of course it all depends on your living environment.

The problem is that the seller has supplied me with hearing aids that are inferior to the previous ones. I feel cheated.
