I want to exchange a rechargeable battery for my Signia Active Pro hearing aid at some point. There are no pins like the RIC hearing aids. It appears the ring on top locks everything together. It’s not a circle, but more of an oval so I can’t twist. No ridge to lock onto to pry off. Should I try a low-heat gun, squeeze it, or try to pry it? Any ideas?
Yeah that looks a bit different from most ( good picture too) looking at that ring I’d try a twist and pull on the ring, it seems to have some kind of groove on the inside of that “ring”
