Signia 7x (TH-5 Premium) Android phone connection problem

Looking for input and/or troubleshooting tips for using my cell phone with a Truhearing TH-5 Premium (Signia 7x) RIC HA’s. The app (Signia or Truhearing) easily connects with and can operate the HA’s on my Android phone (Galaxy S22+), however, I am unable to hear phone calls through the HA’s.

I have another pair of Signia 5AX that work seamlessly with the same phone for phone calls, so I’m guessing there is either a setting or permission that is causing issues with the TH-5P.
