I have Siemens/Signia Pure 5px aids and just got SmartConnect. Cant pair them. I also have fitting software and Connexx fitting device, but can’t find an option to upgrade firmware or anything else to make pairing happen.
Any idea?

More specific, on Page 116 find Programming adapter/cable for Pure Primax. You can use a mini Pro/Hi Pro along with CS44 cables plus a pair of Programming adapters/Programming Pills/size 312 for the Pure Primax, or you can use ConnexxAir for wireless programming
Also see Page 82 for which accessories you can use for the Pure Primax. SmartConnect is not a supported accessory.
Thanks for your reply. Can’t see any sense in first part of your reply, since I never mentioned any issues with programming - I can connect pc, connexxlink and aids, it’s not an issue. What I can’t do, though, is to connect smart connect to the aids. I could do it with Rexton minitek, so I thought it could be also possible with smart connect…
It was your mention of the “Connexx fitting device”. I don’t know what that is?
I would never assume that, if all people here, you don’t know about connexxlink. It’s programming device for Siemens and Signia aids. How come that you provide all these links to the software and don’t know what hardware is used?

Perhaps your mind was thinking about saying Connexxlink. But that’s not what you typed.
You typed the words Connexx fitting device! And now you go on-and-on about why I don’t know what a Connexx fitting device is. No one knows what a Connexx fitting device is? Connexx fitting device is a funny made-up device name known only to yourself. No one can know exactly what device you meant because it could mean more that one device.
But I am thankful that your previous post was your last word on this. Sheesh!
