Siemens Pure 700 Database for Connexx 8 or 9 searching

Hello Friends i have 2 Pure 700 and i will self adjust it .
i Have Connexx 5.4, Connex 6.5 , Connex 8 and Connex 9.
And a Hipro serial Adapter.
But my Hearing Aids are not accepted.
In Version 8 tells me not in Database use Connex Version 6.5
In Version 6.5 tells me, not in Database
in Version 9 tells me not in Database
The Hipro is connected and the searching LED lights ready but nothing accepted Aids an both Channels.
i Think the Sifit Database is not the right now.
Database is : 6.8.5.0200

What´s Wrong.

But the Version 7.5 says the same Message " please use the Version 6.5 your Hearing Aids are not in Database.
What can i do

Which Hearing Instrument database shows for the 7.5 version of Connexx? Because the various versions don’t mix well.

You should be able to use 6.5 and below, uninstall everything you have on your PC and start a fresh install of 6.5.
Are your Pure 700 marked as Siemens? as in, there not a rebranded model right?

i have a New Install of Windows 10 64Bit and then install Connexx 6.5
the same Problem:

then i make a second new clean W10 Install and install Connexx 7.5
the same Problem but it says close 7.5 and start 6.5 ???

Give it a Way to check sifit for Pure700 Data in database ?

Can you try windows compatibility mode, for maybe windows 7 to see if this helps.
I’ve used that same version on my windows 7 laptops without issue.

i have install a new Windows 7 Home and Connex 6.5 with Sifit 6.8.5.0200
the same Problem.
i am looking the Haaring Aids Listing in the Database there are nothing Siemens Aid´s listed . Alll other Manufacturer are listed
is this a Database Problem ?

You shouldn’t be having a problem at this point, I can’t think of anything else unless there’s a problem with the HiPro or cables… maybe…
