I am trying to locate technical support in Australia for my hearing aids as listed above. I have tried a dozen or so alternative brands and models and they do not meet my needs, and I can not hear adequately. It had becoming increasingly difficult, impossible to find someone who can service my current hearing aids. I do not want to change from this model, please help
Yeah i think your gonna find it hard to get these serviced, you may have a better chance of buying a refurbished set on eBay, these are mostly sold in India now so uncle google says.
