Should I Remove Minireceivers Before Using a Dehumidifier for Signia Pure 7ix?

Hi everyone,

I’m using the Signia Pure 7ix hearing aids and was wondering if it’s recommended to remove the minireceivers before placing both the hearing aids and receivers in the dehumidifier. Has anyone had experience with this? Should they be separated for better moisture removal, or is it safe to keep them attached?

You should leave them on the hearing aid. They will benefit from the process too. Excessive attaching and removing will create unecessary wear.

Not sure if you have batteries but is ok to just disconnect and leave them in. Clears moisture in zinc air batteries.
