Save streaming as custom program on the new My Phonak app?

Greetings,
Does anyone know if it is possible to save a streaming setting as a custom program on the new My Phonak app?
Whenever I stream music from my iPhone I have to reset the volume and ambient balance.
The same when using the TV Connector.
Custom programs would make it much easier.

I don’t believe you can for the streaming programs.

Want about asking your audiologist to sort out the issues with the streaming programs?

When I stream the app switches to streaming mode automatically but I find I must redo the settings each time. Unfortunately

@Zebras is correct that this is something that can be adjusted to a persistent setting in the programming for the HAs in Target, but not MyPhonak app.

I had the problem of the Phonak TV Connector being too loud. Couldn’t use the volume controls on the TV Connector, as I need to use the analog connection to my TV, and the volume controls only worked with the optical connection. Rather than having to lower the volume on the MyPhonak app, I got a Koss VC-20 Volume Control for about $ 10 on Amazon. It goes between the TV and the Tv Connector. I adjusted the volume to a comfortable level, and I no longer have to use the app. Fortunately, I don’t have to bother with the ambient balance setting, as I watch the TV in a quiet room.
