I have linked aids to phone, if I watch a video I hear it. But I dont get calls in my ear, can’t push multifunction button if I don’t hear the call. Have removed and reinstalled MyPhonak app. Phone runs android 13. Any suggestions? Aids are Costco 9.
You should be able to see that your aids are connected on the call screen and in your Connections setting. Also make sure Mute isnt highlighted. See pics

Yes I see the top screen which lists both of my aids.
I did find the 2nd screen, added my RP90, clicked “done”. Closed screen.
Went back and my aid was gone.
I do hear videos on the phone in my aids.

ah found the pairing link, now I see my aid and HEAR the call.

- check it out. are you phone compatible with the HA
- if Comlatable., please try Whatassp call and than cange it to Video Call ( is it possible ) or he is no longer heard
if it doesn’t sound, voice call is also problematic, it’s an android 13 BuG that occurs on all Blutopt 5 A2DP LE phones
