Samsung Aids no longer streaming to Jabra Enhance Select 500

I could originally stream phone calls with my OTC jabra enhance select 500 hearing aids that were streamed from my galaxy a15 5g smart phone but I no longer can and all the things I’ve tried to fix the problem just caused an “axle wrap”. A clue… I noticed that the pairing in the Bluetooth setup on my Galaxy A15 shows to units are paired: One is “James hearing aids” and the other is "James he ". I’m thinking this may be causing the problem. I would be grateful for any help. would

You may have changed the HA’s name in the setup programing, the solution is to unpair and remove both of the setting on the phone and repair the phone to the HA’s .
