Roger On iN Microphone: Purchase, Install, Pairing, and Use

I’m researching a potential purchase: The Phonak Roger On iN V2 Microphone for use with my Kirkland Signature 10.0 hearing aids (KS10s).

Does anyone have personal feedback for Diglo (formerly Harris Communications)?

They appear to be the low-cost leader at $1,427 for new.

Any recommendations for other online retailers?

Scheduled to arrive today from Diglo!

BIG thanks to Rachel at 2 Ears Are Better Than 1 for her instructional video: How To: Installing Roger On iN Receivers!

There are several videos on YouTube showing the PAIRING of hearing aids with the Roger On iN mic.

But hers was the only video I found that demonstrated the INSTALL process of transfering licenses into hearing aids first.

It’s indeed a two-step process. First: Install. Second: Pairing.

Within five minutes, I’d successfully installed the licenses into my KS10s and then paired with my KS10s.

Note: Phonak uses the term, “Receivers,” in their literature when describing the install process. But with the Roger On iN mic, no physical hardware is actually installed into the hearing aids. Rather, it’s more like the transfer of a software license. Thus, you may see the two terms (receivers and licenses) used synonymously.
