I have had my Kirkland hearing aids about two years. Without warning the riight unit volume is so low as to be virtually not working… I reset the units but it didn’t correct the problem. I am in HI and removed the aids and placed them on a table while I went swimming. Might heat have caused the problem? Can it be fixed?
You don’t mention replacing the wax filters. Did you replace them?
If you replaced the wax filters, then take them to Costco for repair. I believe you have a 36 month warranty.
If not wax filter, heat or moisture maybe? Before ruling out the receiver your Costco warehouse in Hawaii will most likely have a spare to try.

Is all sound very low or is it just external sounds? If you can hear the internal beeps, bluetooth streaming and/or tapping the aid at their normal volume, it may indicate a microphone input issue. Could be as simple as a blocked microphone.
