After 3 months my aids no longer work in BT (ASHA) with my Samsung phone. I’ve tried repairing, restarting phone, … I’ll call Rexton on Monday but based on the website support I’m not hopeful. Ditto a Costco appointment on Tuesday but I suspect they won’t have an approach to troubleshooting beyond what I’ve tried. Has anyone else experienced this?
Did you know that the latest firmware update to the Rexton Reach HAs enables LE audio? If your Samsung phone supports LE audio that might remedy things.

Found that info in another post. Definitely going to have the LE update done since a)my phone works with LE aids and b)My Windows computers work with LE aids but not ASHA. When I go to a coffee shop and spend some time on a laptop I have to bring headphones.
