I am thinking of buying a pair of these BTE hearing aids as a back up to my Resound ENZO which are about 5 yrs old and occasionally have problem with Bluetooth connection. Without Bluetooth, phone conversation is impossible for me and it recently caused enormous problems when I was on vacation.
I understand the rechargeable BTE aids have a battery life of 61 hours once charged (which takes 30 minutes). I wonder if anyone has first hand experience with these aids.
I have not decided if I would buy a pair from Costco for $1599 a pair (involves driving about 20 miles both ways) or from an outfit nearer my home using Aetna’s up to $2500 subsidy.
