I have Resound hearing aids and right after I purchased them the practice was sold to Miracle Ear and it went from three audiologists to all adjustment being made by the previous receptionist. I would like to do my own adjustments but I have not been able to find the software except as a Resound distributor. I would like to install the software to see if it is something that I could do on my own. I realize that it also requires a Noahlink device but I would like to look at the program before I spend $200. Where can I obtain this software. All of the previous discussions seem to be months old and there is no link provided.
Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, and yes you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects, it’s a good investment as it can be used on any of the other manufacturer’s models.

Hi there, yeah so the built-in updater still isn’t working in SmartFit? But sure enough 2.0 is available.
I haven’t tried the built-in updater, but I will.

For what it’s worth I was using SmartFit 1.18 in windows 11 a week or so back and the built-in updater didn’t show any update as being available. So I updated successfully to 2.0 by installing the new version on top of the old one.

Hi I just upgrade my HA to Resound Nexia. I have Resound fitting software that is Smartfit 1.3 and cannot update to Smartfit 2.0. Anyone can share me a link to download? Thank you very much and appreciate it.
Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, as you know it’s all easy enough, I’m sure you’ll like the Nexia, probably not a huge difference from your older models tho.
