The Ampli Energy brand is not compatible with Resound SmartFit, even if it’s a Nexia 5 disguised with a rebranded case. Apparently, Resound SmartFit is not compatible with Amplifon. Yeah looks like your locked out unfortunately, I haven’t seen anything for Amplifon myself, maybe someone will have a copy for you.

Amplifon hearing aids require a special version of GN Resound SmartFit and sadly this is not available to anyone outside Amplifon. I am not aware of any way around this problem.

Welcome to the forum, I don’t know about this version from “Amplifon” are your GN ReSound models branded with this name, as Danavox, Interton, Beltone are the usual ones.

So have you tried the ReSound SmartFit, I think from memory that these ones were locked out?
Yes unfortunately Amplifon have some sort of variant version of GN SmartFit or a plug in or something, which is apparently not available.
You can’t connect to Amplifon-branded Resound hearing aids without it as SmartFit simply doesn’t see the Amplifon-branded hearing aids at all.
