That’s fantastic, yeah can’t agree more! “Listen Lively” are rebranded Jabra/ReSound models, this rebranding thing going on is nuts!

Thank you for sending the fitting software. The fitting at our Costco in Southern VA seemed thorough but the fitter did not activate many of the very important features of the Jabra EP20 HAs that make these so useful in difficult noise situations. She just left the programs in their defaults probably to save time and did not do any follow up other than to “go out into the store and see how they sound”. THAT was not realistic when in restaurants etc. that I have now been able to optimize myself with your help providing the program. Great public service that HA companies deny their customers because “these are medical devices”. They can be made so much better if the fitter is not working on volume of customers vs. quality of fit. Shame on some Costco sites.

Hello, I bought Jabra enhance pro 20 at Costco. I need to adjust it, so I looked for a program for a long time but couldn’t find it. Please help me. I’m planning to buy Noahlink Wireless 2. My email is jeongkg@naver.com. This is Korea. Thank you.

Hi, new to this forum. Longtime hearing aid user, though. I’d like to receive the fitting software for my ReSound Linx Quattro hearing aids. They are a backup pair and I’d like to tune them. I have the Noahlink Wireless 2 device.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for the ReSound Smart Fit 2.0 software to help my girlfriend, who is a small hearing aid fitter in Romania. She needs it to fit a hearing aid for someone as a favor, since they bought it elsewhere and can’t return to the original place for adjustments.

She already has the Noahlink Wireless available in her office, so she just needs the software to complete the fitting.

If anyone has access to it or knows where I can find it, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!
