Yeah that’s weird, they reconfigured to the right, but it’s certainly easy enough to sort out, the user guides are easy enough to follow.

They probably replaced the left aid with a completely new one. As built, all aids are configured as right hand and the audiologist or HCP is supposed to sort that out before giving the ads back to the customer.

It’s easily sorted with SmartFit. I think SmartFit will automatically open up the necessary screen where the selection has to be made, before going to the calibration and then gain adjustment screens…

I have a Resound ONE 9 from November 2023 and I’m struggling to get the sounds I like and I can’t.Where can I find to get the Smart Fit software and adjust it.Can someone help me?I found the distributor to order Noahlink wireless 2, but first I have to get the software and then I will order it.
