Does anyone have experience with programming Resound GN hearing aids, do you know if it is possible to make a “backup” of the hearing aid,
and copy the settings to a new one? Possible or everything needs to be adjusted from beginning again?
Yes you can make back ups, in fact in my user guide I mentioned that you make up 2 clients, one for saving your original audiology settings and one for your DIY projects, also in SmartFit you have import/export feature, so you can also export your settings to the desktop and import to another set, not everything is exactly the same depending on what models are being exported and then imported, same platform gives better results then going from say an older version to a newer version of HA.

Hi, new member/user on the forum, but long time hearing aid user. I have ReSound Omnia 9 hearing aids and I am looking for the correct software to program this model. I have the Noalink Wireless but I did not know I needed separate software. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
