Good day
General question: how much hearing loss, to how many decibels can the Resound Omnia ear canal hearing aid amplify?
Second question: up to how many decibels for hearing loss is “Resound One”? Thank you for your response.
Hi, I would like to test the new Resound Nexia and I am interested in recieving a link to the corresponding software Smart Fit. Best regards!
Hello, could anyone point me in the right direction to get the resound smart fit download? I cannot seem to find it.
Welcome to the forum, sure but don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for your DIY projects.
Check out the user guides as well, very handy for setting up the first time.
As a general comment, the question you should ask is “What is the fitting range for hearing aid xyz?” The reason is that no hearing aid tries to fully compensate for the user’s hearing loss and if you look at the fitting range graphs for a hearing aid with a particular receiver, you can easily see which ones are suitable for your loss.
Also Omnia and One are basically the same in fitting range. Omnia is the more recent model, replacing One as their premium product a couple of years ago. Omnia itself is being replaced by the new Nexia product.
Incidentally you need SmartFit 1.17 to adjust Nexia.
Good day
The Resound Nexia hearing aid is intended for what hearing loss? I have a hearing loss of around 95 decibels and I can only hear in one ear. Is it possible to make a Resound nexia ear canal hearing aid?
Is it possible to buy Resound Nexia online? What is the price of the resound nexia hearing aid?
Thank you for your early reply.
Exactly the same as the Omina and One.
