Hey, I’m a longtime ReSound user and I want to give self-programming a try. Can somebody please send me the link for the Smart Fit software? It looks like there is a newer version 2 of the software, so that would be ideal. I have a Mac, if that’s relevant.

As for Mac OS it’s easier if you have windows for windows based software, otherwise it’s bootcamp or some other virtual machine, Noahlink wireless won’t work on ARM based chips, again windows laptop just seems easier all round.
Hi, I would be eternally grateful if you could send me the smartfit 2 software. Thanks
You will not get a response from PVC … he has been banned

Hello, I have a pair of ReSound LiNX Quattro RE961-DRWC in my hand and one has a bizarre problem: when trying to charge it, I noticed that the green LED lights up 3 times, first strongly, then decreasingly, then takes a break and does this in 6 series, so 18 times. I tried all the methods: cleaning the charger or the hearing aid, changing the charging slot in the device, forcing charging for dozens of attempts, without success. The other device works perfectly and holds the battery very well.
I suspect it’s a battery problem, but I’m not really sure.
Since I am using a Noahlink wireless, I would like to ask you to help me with the software, in order to make checks and adjustments on at least one device.
Thank you.
Hi there, you don’t mention if you can actually still charge it, I’m guessing not? it certainly does sound like a battery issue, but you can check the SmartFit software to see if there’s anything worthwhile there.
Thank you @tenkan !
No, the left device does not charge, it only does those 6 cycles of 3 flashes.
The right device charges, and when removed from the slot, the LEDs on the front edge of the charger show the charging percentage. However, the left one does not show anything, at all.
Yeah battery no doubt, those Quattro are quite old now as well, the batteries only get the 3 year warranty, so would be due for replacement.
Hi all im looking for the download link for the resound smart fit fitting software. I have to get new hearing aids due to my rexton Bicores are not working right , to further injuries i think they never worked right from day one even after DIY fitting . i was able to fit them somewhat useable but realized the other day that these have been repaired several times and i cant seem to get the right outputs in certain frequencies .
