I have a pair of Resound Preza’s and when I went to put them in this morning I had trouble with the right one, so I looked at it and the wire is loose at the receiver. In fact you can turn it round and round. It does work though so no problem there. Just wondered if it will become a problem? I’ll get to Costco asap but wondered if they will replace the wire and receiver or does it need to be sent to Resound?
