Resound Phone Clip charging with Power Bank?

Hi
I have Resound Phone Clip which is 9 years old and the battery only lasts between 4 and 6 hours, Resound want £75 to replace the battery which I cannot do at the moment, When I am away from mains power can I charge it with a Power Bank, if so what voltage - power would I need?

It does appear to have a micro usb port. So it’s possible to be able to use a power bank.
Can you check the voltage on the device, should be around 5.3V?
