Resound one to oticon intent 1

And? No problem? Recommendation by your audiologist?

I just responded to you re the Intent 1s on music. I did not realize you have them now. I too find my speech recognition a bit improved over the Real 1 units and speech-in-noise is much improved.

I had Resound ones and my audiologist worked very hard to make them the best possible but I found the sound to be kind of tinny and music wasn’t really good. I now have the Oticon Intent and even in the trial I was blown away because what I was hearing was so natural that it felt like I was hearing like I did before I needed hearing aids. Turned loud music on and could still hear voice clearly. Wet to a noisy restaurant and had no trouble hearing. After being fitted properly and getting the app, I tried music through the aids and it was like being in a music hall—really wonderful. I do think that it’s imperative that the aid be programmed by a competent audiologist though. I could speak to a lot more but I’d never go back to the Resounds. However, everyone responds in their own way, and what works for me might not work for someone else.
