Think this might help Altho Oticon as both Resound and Oticon got an update for handsfree calls.

I’m surprised no one has reached out to Oticon support. I did and they solved the problem for me. I also received the 1.3.0 firmware update and was excited for hands free calling but quickly discovered audio call quality issues (for the person on the other end). This is a well known issue when using HAs for bluetooth 2 way audio streaming. Phonak Marvel was the first to do it (to my knowledge).
