Hello. I bought a used Resound Nexia 7 Rechargeable on eBay. But I didn’t buy the charger. I still have Resound Omnia chargers. But Nexia doesn’t charge from the Omnia charger. Can you tell me if the accessories from the old Resound rechargeables are compatible?
Yes I believe they are, tv streamer2, Multi Mic etc
Not sure about the charger, I thought they worked the same as well.
You can look into Costco if you are a member and have one in your area or country. The Jabra Enhance Pro 20 charger is the same thing and they sell them for a somewhat lower price.

Although all the premium chargers have the same main body, there are variants for different ranges of ReSound hearing aids which have different inserts – known as the charging form factor (CFF) – which relate to a specific ReSound hearing aid collection or style.
The CFF is indicated with a number and is shown inside the charger and on the charger packaging.
