Where are you seeing these abbreviations? More context could help.

They appear to parts of model numbers. I found these for DRW (which seem to suggest RIC (aka RIE) (Receiver in canal or ear) I don’t think the DRW is really an abbreviation–just a designation. DLW might be for behind the ear (BTE) models.
