Hi all.
I am struggling a bit and wondered if you have insight. I recently acquired a ReSound Enzo, which has been great in terms of behind-the-ear fit. However, my audiologist wanted me to test the WIDEX Moment for tinnitus impact, and I’m stuck. The WIDEX really does give better sound quality for me and it minimizes tinnitus, though it’s just that wee bit bigger behind the ear that it hurts. My ears cartilage has always been made sore easily, and between glasses and the hearing aid, we went with the Enzo initially. But the sound quality of the WIDEX is better.
Is there anything to be done to ease the pain in the cartilage of the upper ear? Will it eventually get used to it? I appreciate your thoughts.
