Resound 3d app. android

latest version of app running on pixel 6, all updates, etc.

don’t have ‘request assistance’ under ‘my resound’. I used to have it because I used it a couple of years back with my audio.

has it been removed?

I rarely use the app, but I have Resound Assist for software updates. Are you using Smart 3D?

I had something like this happen with my iPhone Smart 3D app once. Ultimately I removed the app, unpaired my hearing aids, restarted the iPhone, downloaded the app again and then paired my hearing aids again. Normality was resumed.

thanks guys - yes i am using the 3d app - and have done for years. very useful, and until recently, the ‘request assistance’ was showing up, and i’ve (with audiologist) used it successfully for minor adjustments.
my audio. chased up resound (she’s terrific), and they sent me a list of items to check out… we’ll see later today whether it’s worked.
i did indeed do what you did, david. i’m on android, but mobiles are all the same, if it doesn’t work, start all over again;-)
