Newbie here. Been reading your comments and contributions for days. Thank you for that. I am trialing new Phonak Audeo Infinity Sphere I90s. Ready to “give it a go” on some self tuning adjustments. Got a REM from my local Audi. Been a DIYer all my life. I have always believed in “doing it myself… no matter how much extra it costs me.” Please send me the Target software. Thanks.

I super grateful for the help. The hearing aid/audiology field/market is wild! (at least in my area of the world it is).
It’s nice to know there’s people like you out here helping others and giving us options to take control of our hearing health.
All the best,
Mike

I have been using Phonak Target and it has been updating successfully for years. Now I have an in app update notification from 10.0 to 10.1.1, but the update download is unsuccessful with a BitsInfrastructureExcepton. Is anyone else seeing this and have a solution? Alternatively, @tenkan could you please link me to the direct download to try to get around this issue?
Hi there, so what’s in 10.1 that you need? No point unless it’s absolutely necessary, however I haven’t seen BitsInfrastructureExcepton for whatever that is, is your PC up to date with everything.
@tenkan, thanks for the quick reply! Somehow, the connection to my Noahlink Wireless got lost. I happened to click Setup, Support tools, Fitting device, and Check. Then it found and connected to my Noahlink Wireless and the 10.1.1 download started automatically and completed. Then it showed an update to Phonak Target Media 10.1.0. That download failed at first with the same error, but after closing and reopening Phonak Target, it completed as well. I am now up to date, so I hope this info might help someone else.
Glad you got it sorted, the old reboot trick
