Does Signia repair their aids? I have a set of 312 7X BTE and the right one aid will not turn on.
So I am wondering if anyone has had experience in having this aid serviced. I am in Australia so I am not sure of the repair process. I see a HA repair turnaround time topic and I will look at that.now.
Yes they can. Take them to the clinic where you purchased them from and they can talk you through the process and turnaround times. They will also let you know whether they are still in warranty or not.

Not under warranty and they wont send the HA to the manufacturer repair center because I did not purchase the HA from them. a common result fro any local shop/clinic.
Did you buy them new or second hand? if you purchased them new it would be worth ringing other clinics in the local area to see if they would send them off for you. If you purchased them second hand then unlikely you will get assistance from a clinic
