I am trying to change the name of my Oticon Intent aids in my phone. The only place I can find in Genie is the “Instrument Name” field, however it is not editable. Any ideas how to change it?
I’m thinking it’s basically the client name that shows up, I’m not sure but if you change the client name it’ll change in the App?
Also what about bluetooth settings on your phone can you change the name there.
