Remove all signal conditionning for Moment 440 from Widex

Hi,
I am currently trying the Moment 440 from Widex.
My audioprosthesist knows me very well, and he did his best to remove all (?) the automatic signal conditionning (noise reduction, anti Larsen, etc…)
However, in some noisy conditions (street, crowd, boiling water…), the sound suddenly drops down (sometimes, only the left or right hearing aid is affected, if the noise is not homogeneously distributed in space). Also, when playing loud music (I play the piano and the electric guitar), the sound intensity eventually decreases and there seems to be some frequency oscillations leading to a strange sound…
Any idea about where it may come from in the Moment 440 programming options???
I do not need self programming, but I just want to provide the right information to my audioprosthesit.
Btw, if anybody has the manual providing all the possible options for programming the aids with Compass GPS, I would be happy to read it!
Thanks in advance!

Cloud be the MPO or how much compression you have?

Not your question, but why pay extra for 440 when you’re removing all the features. I’d think 220 would do just as welll.

Sharing your audiogram would help as well.
Maybe an over the counter hearing device would work for you.
