Hi i recently changed my phone to the iphone 15 and have reconnected the hearing aid to the new phone via Bluetooth but the app is just not picking up the connection with the hearing aid don’t know what to do how can i make it connect?
You need the LE connections.
I have 3 for my M70 and 3 for my P70. The LE connections are for the App. The none LE normally R is for calls or music.
Default is Phonak Hearing Aid. Mine have been renamed M70 and P70 so I know which is which.
When you open the App, it’ll talk you through how to connect the HA / HAs.
@zebras thank you was albe to work it out in the end. Had to delete the app and repair the hearing aids to the app and that did the trick.
