Recent audiogram

Hi all
Please see attached pic of my recent audiogram. The question i have, which i didnt notice while there, is, why no BC on my left ear? Any other comments are welcome. I have an eval for surgery after i get a CT and MRI.
And if anyone knows, why do i need both exams? I assume that the MRI would show details better than CT? But i know what assume spells, so any help would be appreciated
Tnx all

The CT is used to see the bone structures are all normal and in the right position. The MRI is looking at nerve placement, tendon and ligament placement as well. Also checking they are all in the right position.

It’s there, it’s just the same as your AC so hard to see.

Unless there was masking done, BC goes to both ears at once as it vibrates.
