Receivers for Signia Pure C&G 7IX

I’m about to purchase a pair of Signia Pure C&G 7IX online, but I’m undecided on the receiver needed.

The dispenser suggests using the M receiver, but based on my audiogram, I think using the P receiver would be better for me.

Could you take a look at my audiogram and let me know which receiver is best for me?

Edit:
Another audiologist told me I should use the M receiver because the P receiver would “damage my low frequencies”.
I have a hard time believing that as the fitting range of the P receiver covers my hearing loss completely.

Yeah a P would be ok, if it was me I’d go P personally, definitely won’t do anything like “damage” your low level frequencies, that’s just made up rubbish.

Thank you, @tenkan !

Hey @tenkan, one more question…

I just tried using the P receiver with a Power dome, but it was too occluded.

So the specialist changed it to a medium vented dome. It was okay, but the sound was weak. The specialist also said the hearing aid was maxed out due to this dome.

Would it be a good idea to request an earmold with a pressure vent to use with the P receiver?

I currently use Signia Insio 7px CICs with pressure vent.

Yes definitely that’s the way I’d go, to stop that occlusion feeling and off good feedback management, gotta find that sweet spot and I’m sure you’ll notice an improvement.

Power receivers with earmolds. You can push M receivers pretty far, and MAYBE I’d consider them if your 2000 Hz threshold was better, but I would be more confident with P receivers and earmolds in meeting target.

I have a P. reciever. and ear mold for my right ear. And a regular reciever plus ear mold for my left. there has never been a question but that I need a P for my right.
