Rec'd the new Costco Phillips 9050's today

First set of HA’s, my fitter did a great job of explaining the steps involved, and what to expect during the initial weeks and months. As my hearing loss is mild I am not expecting a HUGE change, but am looking forward to improvements where they can be made and also maybe a reduced perception of tinnitus.
So far I’ve received quality service from Costco, from testing to fitting to personable care, & my fitter has 26 years experience in the field. :+1:

glad you had a great experience. I hope you have an easy adjustment, and that the aids do what you have hoped. I have been eyeing the philips 9050 as well . would be interested in your feedback once you have had some experience with them.

One thing I’m noticing is that the HA’s aren’t connected for phone calls. I am having to go into my phone Settings (Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra), Connections, Bluetooth, Ken’s Hearing Aids - and then turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on.
Then it’s fine. Until it isn’t. And i need to repeat. Haven’t yet figured out why…
