Have you ever opened your charger in the morning and found one of your hearing aid still flashing the charging LED? If this ever happens to you, you can reboot the hearing aids by doing the following.
Take both aids and hold down the lower button of both aids at the same time for 30 seconds. Then place them back in the charger until both aids start flashing. Bingo, you have just rebooted the aids without loosing any programming.

Rebooting the aids will also remove custom programs that won’t go away, even when you try to delete them.
