Question for users of Phonak Sphere Infinio

I transferred the Roger IN licences to my new spheres.
So far the spheres have worked so well that I have not used the roger.

Your opening premise is incorrect. The workings of spheric mode is primarily that of speech enhancement rather than noise exclusion. This is very different to the typical noise cancellation of headphones or earbuds which are partially reliant on occlusion. It is that occlusion that makes the Apple AirPods PRO significantly more effective that the standard AirPods, and the same applies to hearing aid coupling; the more occlusive the fitting the better will be the ability to deliver speech in loud noise.
So my experience: spheric mode is helpful in noisy environments, but the difference is quite subtle. I find the background noise still present, but I can hear and converse better, I would describe this as tilting the balance in favour of the conversation. At the same time if I want to stream music in a noisy environment, my Apple AirPods are far superior, but then conversation is impossible.
I come from Paradise with open domes to Infinio spheres with power domes so there is a double change for me. I did trial Lumity and didnā€™t find the benefit sufficient to justify the change.
In summary then: Infio sphere are, for me, a worthwhile improvement. I still occasionally use a Partner mic, mainly now in quieter environments, for example when chatting to a friend whose speech is soft and a little distorted. The spheres are, as with all previous generations an improvement, not a revolution. Your mileage may differ. Try them, but donā€™t rush that trial if possible

Hi, new HA user (for a couple of months) here and as Iā€™m fairly severe loss went for the Sphere i90 and have found it an incredible improvement, so many (high pitch) sounds I havenā€™t heard which now exist and a huge improvement with conversations etc.
Anyway, one niggle which is getting me really annoyed is the use of my Samsung S10 phone. This never happened when I first started using it but now if I recieve a call and answer it just silence (although the other person can here me speaking) and when making a call no ring tone or sound when it has been answered but they can again hear me. If I then hang up and redial it works fine.
The only fix is the first port of call ā€˜turn the HAā€™s off and turn them back on againā€™ but need to remember to do this every day !
Hope its ok asking the question here as I havenā€™t found anything similar on the forum and any pointers would be very welcome.
Thanks

Maybe restart your phone if not already done. I havenā€™t encountered this issue with spheres + Motorola Edge 40.
